Packing for Disney World is a science. There are so many things that you will need to pack and plan for, but don’t worry! This guide has all the answers you could ever need to make packing your bag as easy as possible.

Packing for Disney World
1) Sunscreen
Packing Sunscreen is vital since it is the Sunshine State. Make sure that you bring waterproof Sunscreen and pack plenty of it–especially if you’re headed to a water park! I like the spray on sunscreen since it applies so easily.

2) Towels
Towels are a must in packing even though the hotel room will have towels. Sometimes the hotel room Towels are smaller, so it’s nice to have some larger Towels for the pool. It can also be good to have some extra Towels on hand if you like some extra Towels after a hot day at the park, so packing a few extra is always a good idea.

3) Rain gear
Packing rain ponchos are not just for water rides at Disney World! The weather can be unpredictable, and packing an Umbrella or other Rain gear for your kids can come in handy! Afternoon downpours are quite common in Orlando, especially during the summer time.

4) Water Bottle
Packing a Water Bottle is the easiest way to save money on drinks at Disney World since they charge $4+ per drink (there is a limit of 2 on these, but sometimes you need more!). Hot tip- make sure to pack a collapsible one so that it doesn’t take up too much packing space in your bag.
5) Bug Spray
Packing Bug Spray will come in handy when you are packing packing for a day full of hiking at Magic Kingdom and exploring Adventure Land! Some blogs might advise packing Citronella candles for extra protection against the pesky bugs lurking around Disney World but most hotels will NOT permit you to light candles so just be advised!
